This retreat offers a rare and powerful blend of deep inner work and joyful, embodied experiences — all set in the magical forests of Koh Phangan, Thailand. Choose a workshop-only package for more flexibility or a private or shared bungalow, each offering a beautiful view. Surrounded by lush jungle, soothing silence, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand, you’ll find yourself in a space that invites reconnection with your authentic self — in your own way, in your own time. Daily workshops where we blend mindful and artistic practices, psychological and philosophical insights, and a balance of introspective and playful moments. We share tools you can carry with you as long as you wish for, to gain more self-awareness, manage emotions and much more!

We believe balance is the key to self-mastery. Don’t just look inward—also engage with the world around you. Don’t only reflect in stillness—but also move, create, and express. By exploring both extremes, you’ll discover your center. In the dance between depth and lightness, you’ll find your own unique middle path.

That’s why we’ve carefully designed a program that guides you through 6 or 12 meaningful themes, while also making space for rest, connection and joy.

We also believe there is no single truth.

Everyone experiences life through their own lens, their own reality. Everything we share and practice during this retreat comes from our own wisdom and experiences—it is not the truth.

Take with you what resonates, and feel free to leave behind what doesn’t. Not everything works for everyone, and that’s perfectly okay.

We offer two retreat options to match your needs:

Choose the All-Inclusive Package for the full experience—complete with accommodation, nourishing meals, and all workshops. You’ll have free access to the sauna and yoga equipment if you’d like to practice on your own.

Prefer more freedom? Go for the Workshop-Only Option, which includes all group sessions and activities, but gives you the flexibility to arrange your own food and lodging.

You’ll be held in a supportive environment, with nourishing meals cooked by local hands and time to just be. Whether you’re sitting in stillness during meditation or dancing freely under the stars, this retreat invites you to embrace your fullest self — with lightness, depth, and presence.

What makes this retreat truly special is the balance we create—between introspection and play, between being in the mind and fully arriving in the body. One moment, you might be diving deep into personal themes through creative and mindful exercises; the next, you’re laughing while hiking, visiting waterfalls, dancing ecstatically, or swimming in fresh, cool water.

Our workshops offer a blend of solo and group experiences—some exercises invite deep personal reflection, while others focus on connection and team-building. This combination helps you strengthen your inner world while growing alongside a supportive community. We draw from psychological and philosophical frameworks to craft thoughtful, transformative practices—and provide powerful tools to help you gain greater awareness, manage emotions, ground yourself, cultivate self-love and trust, and much more—tools you can carry with you long after the retreat.

All-Inclusive Package:

  • Accommodation & Two Meals a Day: Enjoy a private or bungalow with comfortable lodging and stunning views, along with delicious breakfast and lunch to nourish you throughout your journey.
  • DAC Workshops: 3-5 hours of daily workshops focused on personal development, creativity, and mindfulness. (Five days a week)
  • Outdoor Activities: Guided activities like hiking, waterfall tours, yoga beach session and picnic, and ecstatic dance Sundays, where you can unwind in nature.
  • Transport for the activities, if needed.
  • Free time to rest, reflect, and explore the beautiful surroundings. 
  • All necessary yoga and meditation equipment is available for your use, even outside of our workshops. (Always ask permission first).
  • Free access to the sauna.
  • Additional Activities at your own expense: Evening markets, beautiful beaches, Zen Beach Jambee evenings, singing circles, hiking to amazing viewpoints, lively parties almost every night and enjoy ecstatic dance on Friday evenings as well.

Joy Bots A.K.A Yorokobi

Joy Bots is a 24-year-old artist from the Netherlands, dedicated to personal growth, self-development, and inspiring others to embrace their authentic selves. With a diverse background in dance, theater, poetry, yoga, massage, and meditation, she creates a safe space for honesty, vulnerability, and healing. Through her work as an artist and coach, she empowers individuals to live to their fullest potential by fostering love, honesty, vulnerability, communication, and the courage to confront and embrace their true selves. Her mission is to contribute to a world where authenticity and connection are central, supporting others on their journey to self-discovery and transformation.

Kelly Mos, a 24-year-old multidisciplinary artist from the Netherlands, is a dedicated dance professional and life coach who focuses on authentic self-development, vulnerability, and expression across disciplines such as psychology, dance, singing, DJing, coaching, and massage. She champions honesty and uses diverse tools to help individuals discover their unique qualities and unlock their potential.

Combining art, psychology, and other disciplines, Kelly challenges thinking, confronts personal blockages, and processes emotions. Her work emphasizes self-reflection, creative expression, and applying insights to foster growth. By creating safe spaces for personal development and self-discovery, she inspires others to embrace their potential through self-awareness and creativity.
