( Discount cost of the two weeks together = $600 ) The second week will be a continuation of the first.
Please Note: All additional hours will be added to your Yoga Teacher's Training Certification Diploma of 300 hours, increasing your hours to 340 or 375hrs.

Subjects covered in the two week course will include daily practices of what has been learned in asanas and breathing, but the additional teachings and practices will go deeper into observation and control of the mind with concentration and meditaion techniques taken from the advanced science of Raja Yoga.
These will include:
- Awakening Chakra concentration techniques using color and form visualization with appropriate sound mantras.
- Deepening studies in the psychological aspect of the mind-body relationship.
- Pancha Sahita Breath training Kriyas for maintaining health of the body and sharpening the mind.
- Advancing practices with Mantra sound formulas such as Mantra Laya.
- Yoga Nidra Relaxation techniques for going into deeper states of conscious and subconscious mind.
Considering that the Science of Yoga is vast and profound, these weeks provide insight and methods of going beyond the ordinary and worldly aspects of modern yoga and extend the possibilities of what can be experienced in a universe that is unlimited with potential, and unfolding rapidly in these times.
